How we work
Electrical work is mostly invisible when it is done well, which is why so much of it gets done badly. Our approach is simple: measure before deciding, explain before quoting, install to the Ontario Electrical Safety Code, and test under load before calling it finished.
We work on houses, condos, small commercial units and rooftop equipment across North York, from Yonge Street to Bayview and from Steeles down to York Mills. The project details page shows the kind of work that involves.
What you can expect
- A clear statement of what we found and why, in plain language.
- A written scope before work starts, and a conversation before it changes.
- ESA notification and inspection on work that requires it, as part of the job.
- A labelled panel and a tidy site when we leave.
Licensing in Ontario
Electrical contracting in Ontario requires an ECRA/ESA licence, and licensed contractors are required to display their licence number. Ask any contractor for it before work begins. Ours is shown in the footer of this site once the launch details are complete.

North York, including Willowdale, Lansing, Newtonbrook, Bayview Village, York Mills and North York Centre. If you are nearby but not in that list, ask; the answer is usually yes.
